Charleston Maternity Photographer, Folly Beach session

I had a beautiful maternity session out at Folly Beach with this Momma to be. It was a rather cool and windy day but we still got some great shots!

The sky was amazing as a storm was rolling in (the best skies are then generally) and we made the most of it. 

I love how the moon was coming out too, it was a great backdrop for some great photos!

Charleston Family Photographer, Double Trouble

I got to meet the Fredricks family for a family session right before Christmas. They were very sweet and had the cutest little boys!

They braved the elements at the Memorial Waterfront Park in Mt Pleasant for some greta photos. It was cold, VERY foggy and windy. 

These 2 were so cute together and I could tell shared a lot of brother secrets!

This couple was so much fun. We had a blast "sneaking" around downtown to get some great historic shots.

maternity family session near Old Wide Awake Plantation

I can thank my family photographer for showing me this beautiful "secret" location in Hollywood, SC near Old Wide Awake Plantation. It is beautiful and rely no one knows about it!

I had the pleasure of photographing this lovely family, who I met through my daughters Little Gym class.

They are hilarious and so easy to work with!

Twin maternity session in historic downtown Charleston, SC

This beautiful momma is due with twins. We did her session at the historic White Point Gardens and the surrounding streets and houses! It is one of my favorite locations to use because of the different backgrounds it offers. 

If I can remember correctly she was around 30 weeks here but measuring over 40 weeks already! She was a trooper as it was hot and we did a bit of walking. 

Their little family was so cute, and Mr Robbie there is going to be a great big brother!

I remember Mom saying she wanted to make sure she was "big enough" for the photos, I think we succeeded in that. 

She actually keep those 2 boys in longer than any twin momma I know. I kept expecting to get an email that she had gone into labor but no!

Beautiful pregnant momma in historical downtown Charleston, SC maternity photographer

This was such a fun and relaxed maternity session. I am the kind of photographer that tries to make my clients relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera. Especially the men as MOST men do not enjoy having photos taken.

I am pretty sure I succeeded in this session, or if not they sure faked it! 

I love this shot. It turned out just as I envisioned it.

Charleston has some many beautiful and historic places to get maternity photos done, and this is one of my favorite spots to use. I just love the backdrop of the Arthur Ravenel Jr. bridge in the background.

Of course if you know me you know the sun flare belly shots are always my favorite so this one makes me smile!

Brotherly love, Charleston, SC newborn photographer

Camden came to me at 10 days old with his big brother. He was so cute and a good sleeper too!

How cute does he look in this bear hat.

His big brother was not too sure about getting his photo taken (he was more interested in playing with my daughter) but I have lots of tricks to get those shots that mom and dad want baby and siblings together. 

I loved his hair. I just love crazy baby hair it is the best! 

 How cute is he in the great hat. Squishy baby cheeks and lips are some of my favorite things. I just love my job, who wouldn't love squishing on newborns all day!

Charlotte came to visit me in my studio at 6 days new. She was a great model, slept great and had wonderful parents! SHe had her daddy wrapped around her fingers already. Nothing melts my heart like seeing a daddy dote on his little girl.

I just love this shot of daddy and his girl. I am always excited to incorporate any special items or special shots that mom and dad want!

Sweet smiley Miss Sadie came to visit me at 7 days new. She was all smiles, I do that to babies I guess! 

Look at how cute she is, She looked great in pink and yellow!

The smiles were just never ending with this little lady. I love the purple setup on her too!

She had her big sister Aria with her to watch over her, I know she will be a good big sister!
